Terms and Conditions for Ducktivity

Please read these terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Ducktivity application ("App") operated by Lacora s.r.o. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. In-App Purchases

In the App, you may purchase additional virtual ducks using the in-app purchase feature. These purchases are non-refundable. If you purchase ducks and fail to collect them within the specified time, you will lose the ducks, and no refunds will be provided.

2. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for:

  • Choosing safe locations for placing and collecting virtual ducks
  • Ensuring you allow enough time to collect your virtual ducks within the specified time frame
  • Ensuring your device has adequate battery power, GPS signal, and network connectivity to use the App and locate virtual ducks
  • Having your device with you at the time of visiting the location

We shall not be responsible for any loss or damages incurred due to your failure to adhere to any of these user responsibilities.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and other materials in the App, are and shall remain the property of Lacora s.r.o. or its licensors.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Lacora s.r.o., its affiliates, agents, employees, or licensors be liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (including loss of purchased virtual ducks) arising out of your use or inability to use the Ducktivity App.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may modify or update these Terms and Conditions at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitute your agreement to the updated Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovak Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
